Deleting Your Online Profile
Your privacy and confidentiality are very important to ACCESS Federal Credit Union! We delete all online profiles within 60 days of account closure. If you wish to have your online profile deleted - even while keeping your ACCESS FCU account open:
- Please note that you will no longer be able to log into ACCESS Online (using a browser or a mobile app) to see your account.
- Please note that if you have any of the following services, they will be cancelled/closed:
- ACCESS-A-Bill (bill payment service)
- Bank-2-Bank (transfer between your ACCESS FCU account and your account at another financial institution)
- ACCESS e-Statements (electronic statement delivery - you will be switched back to paper statements)
- Scheduled/recurring transfers set up within ACCESS Online
- Notifications (i.e. balance, large transaction, etc.)
- Mobile Check Deposit (electronic depositing of a check you received)
- ACCESS CardPay (transfer funds into your ACCESS FCU account using your debit card from another financial institution)
- ACCESS Card Management (turn your debit card on/off to keep it safe)
- All other ACCESS Online services
If you have never requested ACCESS Online, you would not have an online profile.
To request deletion of your online profile, please send an email request to [email protected]. Please include the following:
- State your request to have your online profile deleted
- Your first and last name
- Your phone number - we will contact you to confirm your request and other information necessary to complete your request.
Please do NOT include your account number/member number with your request. Email is not a safe method for providing that information. We will ask you for your account number when we contact you. Your request will not be completed until we are able to speak with you. Your ACCESS Federal Credit Union shares and loans will not be affected by this request. They will remain open for your continued use.
