Debit and Credit Cards

I lost my card or had fraudulent activity on it.

To report your debit card as lost or stolen, call 315-693-2001 then press Option 3.

To report your credit card as lost or stolen, call 1-800-543-5073

 

My transaction was blocked by the fraud center-what do I do?

If the transaction is valid, please reply to the text, phone call, or email that it is a valid transaction. After 60 seconds you can try the transaction again.

 

How can I dispute an unauthorized transaction?

To dispute a charge, you can call us during normal business hours at 315-557-1000 or email us at [email protected].

 

How do I change the PIN on my card?

To change the PIN on your ATM or Debit Card, call 888-891-2435 and follow the automated prompts.

 

I’m going on a trip – how do I let the Credit Union know that I’ll be traveling?

You can send an email to [email protected] or text us at 315-557-1000. You can also call us at 315-557-1000 or stop into any branch during normal business hours.
We will need to verify your identity, so you may receive a call from us before we can put a travel notice on your card.

 

 

Online Banking

 

How do I transfer money to another ACCESS FCU member online?

On the AFCU Mobile App:

  1. Log into the AFCU mobile app
  2. Select "Transfers" on the "Move Money" tab
  3. Select which share or loan you are transferring from
  4. Select "To" where the money is going, and scroll to the bottom and you will see "Add a recipient"
  5. You will be prompted for a couple pieces of information to verify the recipient
  6. Chose "Verify Recipient" and they will be added to your list of accounts under "To" in the transfer screen

On the www.accessfcu.org website:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Select "Transfers"

How do I find my account number online?

On the AFCU Mobile App:

  1. Log into the AFCU mobile app
  2. On the "Accounts Page," click the share or account that you want the full account number for
  3. Click "View Details"
  4. This will display your 14-digit account number

On the accessfcu.org website:

  1. Log into your account at www.accessfcu.org
  2. Click on the account that you want the full account numbe for
  3. Click the "Account Details" drop down
  4. This will display your 14-digit account number

For electronic payments, you must use your full 14-digit account number or the transaction may be returned.

 

How can I update my phone number or address online?

On mobile, once you are logged in there is a link under the "More" tab, and on desktop website there is a link under "Additional Services."

 

How do I sign up for electronic statements or view my statement online?

Login to home banking on your browser. Then you will find a tab labled "e-Statements."

 

How can I log in if I forgot my username or password?

Use this link to reset your username or password.
